How One Zomplete handles account, workspace and service data.

iTrade Internet Private Limited provides One Zomplete. We collect account details, workspace records, usage information and support communications needed to provide, secure and improve the service. Workspace owners control the business data their teams enter.
We use data to operate the service, authenticate users, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations. We limit access by role and workspace and do not sell payment credentials. Manual UPI payments never require your UPI PIN.
You can request access, correction or export through the product, and contact privacy@zomplete.com for privacy questions. We retain information only as needed for the service, security, legal obligations and documented retention periods.
